Take an early morning flight from Islamabad to Skardu. Arrive in Skardu and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude and exploring Skardu town. Visit local markets, historical sites, or take a short hike in the surrounding area.

Depart from Skardu and drive to Askole village, the starting point of the trek. The journey takes approximately 6-7 hours by jeep along a rough mountain road. Arrive in Askole, meet your trekking crew, and set up camp for the night.
