1. Booking Modifications:

  • Date Changes: Should you require adjustments to your tour dates due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in your travel plans, kindly notify us at least 7-10 days before the scheduled departure date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.
  • Tour Alterations: While we aim to maintain the planned itinerary, factors such as weather conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen events may necessitate itinerary adjustments. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and offer suitable alternatives of similar value and quality.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation by Customer: In the event of a cancellation, please notify us in writing or via email as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
    • 30 or more days before the tour: 90% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Between 10 and 29 days before the tour: 70% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Within 10 days of the tour or no-show: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided due to operational and logistical considerations.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed according to the aforementioned cancellation policy. Eligible refunds will be issued within 15-30 days of the cancellation date.
  • Refund Method: We will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method utilized during booking unless mutually agreed upon otherwise.

4. Force Majeure:

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In exceptional cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control, Pak Tours & Travel reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours in the interest of our customers’ safety. In such instances, alternative options or a refund may be offered.
